CLIENT: Mr.
& Mrs. Dennis
PROJECT LOCATION: Larchmont, NY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Complete gutting of existing bathroom, as you can
tell by the before picture.
The Larchmont Guest Bath is on the main floor of the
home. As you enter, you feel the warm, soothing colors of Scabas Rosa
tumbled marble. To your right, you see the thick frameless glass and clean
geometry of an oversized, custom shower stall. As you look into the shower
you notice the handsome tile work. You take a closer look at the shower and
you notice the cream-colored bench in polished Botticino marble.
This is the kind of
shower everyone deserves.
As you step further into the bathroom, you sense
a perfect balance of luxury and utility. The china white Kohler toilet is
clean, functional, and does not compete with the finer touches in the room.
You notice the considerable elbow room surrounding the toilet. The vanity is
in natural maple and is topped with a polished Botticino marble countertop.
All the hardware is finished handsomely in brushed nickel.
This bathroom is unique. The pleasing colors and unique graining of natural
stone can only be produced by nature. The walls are treated with a Venetian
plaster faux finish in a mellow cream color that is in full harmony with the
marble stone. This is the kind of bathroom that does not get boring even
after you have lived with it for years.

"Dear
Sylvain and Absolute Remodeling Team:
We are very happy with the results of our remodeling projects with you.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication. We absolutely love our
master suite as it truly feels like a
European spa. Our guests consistently give the guest bath rave reviews. Our
new kitchen is fabulous. Your design
ideas have made our house more livable, enjoyable, and perfect for
entertaining.
Everyone whose had a remodeling project is aware of the dust, debris and
disruption involved. We appreciate your efforts to keep our pain to
a minimum even though most of our house went through significant
construction.
The highest compliment that we can give you is to say that we would be
pleased to work with you again."
